I just found your website today while at work. I’m heading to law school in the market for a new laptop and have been a life long Microsoft user. After all the research and reading I’ve done, I’m switching. I just wanted to let you know that your site is exactly what I’ve been looking for. The information you post and the reviews of software are just what I needed – not knowing anything about law school yet and switching to a new platform – it’s great to have adive from folks who have already been there!

I agree. Let’s hope Apple doesn’t slack off on quality. So far the signs are good. They’ve made the transition to Intel almost flawlessly, OS X continues to improve, and I expect big things from the next rev of iWork. That said, it can be tough to keep quality high when you’ve got too many balls in the air.

Just ask Microsoft.

Let’s hope that Apple doesn’t use these results and start slacking with their products. I still can’t wait till June, since I still can’t decide whether to go for a larger 15″ MBP or the smaller 13″ that many predict will be introduced.
