Leopard and Third-Party Apps

Steven Frank of Panic (the folks who make CandyBar, Coda, Desktastic, Stattoo, Transmit, and Unison) has written about why third-party developers don’t necessarily know if their apps will have any glitches in Leopard:

It increasingly looks like we won’t be getting access to the final build of Leopard until the same day our customers do. We have a close-to-final seed, but not the actual shipping bits.

I have sent notes to several developers asking them about Leopard compatibility issues and haven’t heard back from any of them yet. I’ll post any feedback I receive from them.
