Software Secure, which makes Securexam, got back to me with this note regarding Leopard compatibility:
We have tested the current version extensively with the pre-release version and believe the current version will support Leopard.
We will not certify Securexam for use with Leopard till after some testing of the official release, but do not anticipate that to take too long.
