Professor David Randall, a lawyer who teaches at Boston University’s School of Management, has some thought-provoking posts about the glut of law school graduates in the United States. They are, in order of appearance:
I commented on the first of these posts, and I’m glad that it prodded Professor Randall to expand the discussion further. He argues that before attending law school, you should give serious thought to what you really want from life, and whether a JD will help. It’s sage advice, particularly at a time when so many graduates are exiting school with massive debt burdens.
