		<description>Obviously my brain has been turned to gelatin. When I originally posted this, I mistakenly used the term "dodgeball" rather than "kickball." Why, you ask? Because in one of the comments on the Overlawyered post, one of the readers notes that adults are getting into dogeball in a big way. I would say something about life imitating art, but I'm not sure the film "Dodgeball" really qualifies.</description>
