If you’re a regular visitor to Mac Law Students, you’ve no doubt noticed that the posts have fallen off rather dramatically since May-ish. Truth be told, since graduation I’ve been booked solid. I’m working with a small group of Mac Law Students volunteers and we’re trying to develop a structure for keeping the site going in my absence. But that process is taking longer than I’d hoped.
I’m still not sure what the future will hold for Mac Law Students. I am committed to keeping the blog up. In a worst-case scenario, I’ll simply keep the site up as an archive until it becomes so outdated as to be useless. In a best-case scenario, other contributors will step in and fill the gap not only for content creation, but more importantly, overall management of the site.
Regardless of what happens to the blog, the Mac Law Students Forum will take over as the core portion of the site. It is easier for people to interact in the forum, and I think it is also easier to share info about hardware, software, study tips, etc. than it is to write up a software review or other article. If you’ve been to the Forum lately, you know that (expletive deleted) spammers have invaded, and I haven’t yet found a solution that balances ease of use for fine people like you with enough protection from (expletive) spammers.
